Under the terms of the agreement, Quorum Technologies becomes IMSTAR’s exclusive partner in Canada and will integrate IMSTAR’s Pathfinder™ products into complete solutions dedicated to serving the needs of the cellular imaging / in-vitro diagnostic market in Canada. The partnership brings together IMSTAR’s decades of experience and expertise in developing leading edge cellular imaging software with Quorum’s decades of experience and expertise in integrating complete solutions for research or industrial customers.
