Apoptosis study benefits from a broad range of commercially available kits. Virtually all of them, although designed for flow cytometry, are compatible with the Pathfinder™ technology.
The Pathfinder™ image cytometer enables quantification of over 250 parameters on large cell populations, while saving the multiparametric data of each cell, including cell images.
Time for capture and analysis of the samples depends on the quality of the samples and the complexity of the analysis, but in most cases, the full process takes less than 10 minutes for a 96-wells plate and may be as fast as 5 minutes per plate.
