From fully automated large scale chromosome translocations, deletions or amplification in fluorescence to presentation of metaphases to the user for assisted chromomsome aberrations scoring, IMSTAR has developed a broad range of flexible and user-oriented applications for Chromosome Aberration Scoring. In conjunction with Accell SFD robotics, metaphases can be automatically presented to the user one after the other for blind experiments for expert scoring using clickable labels for each aberration type, enabling further validation and data management. All features, labels, layouts and data locking are configurable and tailored according to client specifications.
