The Pathfinder™ complete with µN applied software module enables fully automated capture, detection and quantitative analysis of nuclei and micronuclei, as well as metaphases and apoptotic cells, in bright field or in fluorescence.
Using ACCELL SFD robotic device, 200 samples can be fully automatically processed in one batch for capture and detection of cells, nuclei and micronuclei.
Pathfinder™ µN module is compatible with Giemsa stain in brightfield as well as with fluorescent dyes (Acridine Orange, Celltracker™, Hoechst™, DAPI, etc). Validated algorithms are available for human lymphocytes, mouse lymphoma cell line, V79 and CHO cells.
Pathfinder™ technology avoids tedious days-long human scoring since it is fully automated and thus operator-independent. Moreover, it is so fast than scoring time is increased 7 (biomonitoring) to 20-fold (compound screening) as compared to human scoring.
