IMSTAR team has published an article in BioTechnique (January 2008, col. 44, n°1, pp109-17) in collaboration with the team of Marie-Claude Potier & Jean Rossier from the Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles de la Ville de Paris (ESPCI). This work about on-chip hybridization kinetics for optimisation of gene expression experiments has been achieved thanks IMSTAR's patented technology enabling full control of chip temperature at a speed comparable to the one of PCR thermocyclers. It opens new avenues for on-chip experiments quantification and quality control.
