Paris –June 21st, 2010. Françoise Soussaline, IMSTAR CEO, was today awarded the 2010 Irène Joliot-Curie Prize by Valerie Pecresse the French Minister of Higher Education and Research

The jury, chaired by Françoise Barré-Sinoussi, Nobel Prize of Medicine 2008, awarded Françoise Soussaline the prize in the "Top female scientific company career" category, to reward a woman who has dedicated her remarkable scientific and technical skills to a career in research within a company or who has contributed to the creation of an innovative firm.
This award highlights and encourages a woman who has distinguished herself through exemplary scientific activity within the field of French research.
