The application presented below uses high-throughput proteins co-localisation (gamma tubulin and Rad51) in order to assess DNA Repair Activity. This activity is investigated after a MMC (Mitomycin C) treatment and compared to a control condition.
Detection of cell nucleus in order to score and locate spots of gamma tubulin (green) and Rad51 protein (red).
The render can be improved with the enhanced mode. Pathfinder™ pseudo-confocal features enable accurate detection of intranuclear spots whatever
their Z-positions within the nucleus are.
Detection result of the Rad51 proteins spots in the full thickness of nuclei.
Detection result of the gamma tubulin proteins spots in the full thickness of nuclei.
The accurate proteins spots within nuclei enables to draw and export histograms of the co-localisation distribution.
