The accurate nuclei primary detection enables a precise counting of fish probes. They are targeting the pericentromeric region of : chromosome 3 (red), chromosome 7 (green), chromosome 17 (aqua) and 9p21 band (gold)
The objet-oriented database enables to sort the cells based on large nuclear size, irregular nuclear shape, patchy DAPI staining or cell clusters.
All the fluorescent spots are scored and sorted in custom tables. Our object-oriented database keep the links between data and objets at any step and the analysis, and a visual review of any item in the table is possible with a simple click.
