GeneticX™ is designed to fit all the needs of Cytogeneticists. Both in metaphase and interphase nuclei preparations the system allows fast automated "object" detection and capture at very high resolution in brightfield & fluorescence. It also provides user-friendly needed tools for automated or interactive expert diagnostic decision.
The system is able to capture and analyse up to 200 slides in one batch when associate with ACCELL SFD robot.
Non exhaustive list of applications: Routine & Research Cytogenetics, FISH, automated NFR for operator-independant Downs' syndrome diagnostic.
