Pathfinder is a line of fully automated instruments enabling image cytometry for high throughput cellular analysis of tissue sections, cytological samples, multi-well micro-plates and microarrays meeting criteria of accuracy, objectivity and laboratory productivity. In addition, our intelligent image database enables users to easily perform smart capture and multi-parametric analysis.

IMSTAR offers the user fully tailored solutions through modular and evolutionary platforms. These platforms are customised using our broad catalogue of applied capture and analysis software modules which are, in turn, finely tuned for specific experimental conditions.

  • Pathfinder™ Morphoscan for anatomopathology studies on tissue sections or tissue micro arrays with accurate quantification of biomarkers
  • Pathfinder™ Metascan for automated studies in cytogenetics
  • Pathfinder™ Cellscan for cellular analysis of cell-based assays in research, drug discovery and cytotoxicity studies. With Cellscan, enter a new dimension in cell-based assays; get inside the cell for true quantitative measurements
  • Pathfinder™ Wellscan , an extension of the Cellscan platform devoted to studies on micro titer plates
  • Pathfinder™ OSA , a revolutionary concept in quantitative microarray studies. OSA embodies this new approach performing dynamic measurements as a function of time-lapse, temperature changes, on-chip hybridization experiments and even PCR on chip

Applied analysis software modules can be installed in each platform, complete with specific protocols corresponding to particular experimental conditions, to enable clients to carry out their individual studies.
