Metascan

The Metascan™ platform includes MetaFind for fully automated metaphase finding in brightfield and fluorescence microscopy, producing a true positive metaphase rate superior to 90%.

MetaFind applies on total slide in less than 10 min. The main features are:

  • Automated Clone identification
  • Detected metaphases are displayed in on-screen pattern according to position on the slide
  • Metaphase ranking by clone and quality criteria
  • Automated centering of detected metaphase, focus and capture at high magnification
  • Captured metaphases display in image gallery
