Applied Analysis Modules

All Pathfinder™ analysis modules include data analysis and interpretation:

  • Automated, accurate and instant calculation of any number of parameters with interactive result analysis (e.g. subpopulations can be selected on screen and displayed object by object for visual inspection)
  • Graphical results display: 1D histogram, curve fitting, 2D scatter plots

The applied analysis modules include:

  • HistoCell: a module for cell detection in bright field and fluorescence on tissue section with Image Database™ integration
  • Cellfind: a module for recognition and detection on smear and culture predefined cell type under brightfield or fluorescence with Image Database™ integration
  • Cell Rarity: a module for the hyper-accurate detection of ultra rare events with Image Database™ integration
  • Wellfind: a similar module to Cell Rarity, but with detection on multititer plate (96, 384)
  • Metafind: a module for fast, accurate and automated metaphase detection and list position recording from the Image Database™ for further capture at high magnification
  • LightVision: a module for smart capture in fluorescence with Image Database™ integration and interactive, multi-parametric analysis tools
  • FluoVision: a module for smart capture in fluorescence with Image Database™ integration and interactive, multi-parametric analysis tools
  • CellMarker: a module for identification and characterisation of cellular and sub cellular markers
  • FluoSpot: a module for identification at very high spatial resolution and analysis of a fluorescent signal
  • FluoRQuant: a module for very high precision quantification of small signals, in fluorescence ratios
  • e-mage: a module for high-resolution visualisation at multiple digital magnification, captured by SmartCapture VS
  • TMA: a module for scanning, automatic detection, labeling, capture at user selected magnification and visualisation using E-mage (supported format include MS Excel or TMA builder)
  • µN: a module for automated detection and quantitation of micronuclei
  • COMET: a module for automated detection and quantitation of comets
  • Mitodex: a module for automated mitosis and interphase nuclei detection for the calculation of mitotic index
  • CAS: a module for automated chromosomic aberration scoring and interactive labelling
  • Karyo: a module for optimised automated metaphase capture and automated karyotyping
