Optical Scan Array

OSA™ is IMSTAR's platform devoted to on-chip studies. Its main features are:

  • A very high image resolution, down to 0,34 µm
  • All visible fluorophores within 370-760 nm accepted
  • Rapid scanning features
  • Fully automated spots detection and identification
  • High-Content analysis within each spot, with cellular segmentation (for cell arrays ) and cell by cell analysis, including sub-populations selection
  • Multi-fluorescence images (up to 8 labels) and registration of on-chip real-time processes
  • Temperature control features (DNA chips ) for real time temperature-dependant experiments (e.g. hybridization and washing curves)

OSA™ provides added value and empowers research in:
