Validation of MN assay scoring

IMSTAR is co-author of a paper published in Mutagenesis by the team of Micheline Kirsch-Volders at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels in Belgium. This work validates the automated scoring for Micronucleus assay using IMSTAR Pathfinder™ technology on human lymphocytes stained in Giemsa under the CBMN method. While performed in the frame of NewGeneris European Program in which IMSTAR is a partner, this paper demonstrates IMSTAR's cutting edge performances in the field of automated scoring for genetic toxicology. IMSTAR proposes integrated solutions for automated scoring of micronucleus assay, comet assay, chromosome aberrations scoring and mitotic index measurement on a broad variety of cells and stainings.
